  • How to enter (no cost): During the entry period, either (a) complete an eligible Banzai collection (free) and submit the entry form on our website landing page, (b) complete an official entry form at any Park City Credit Union branch.
  • One entry per person total, regardless of entry method (online or in-branch).
  • To receive one (1) entry without a purchase write your complete name, mailing address, daytime phone number (with area code) and date of birth on a 3” x 5” postcard and mail entry to Park City Credit Union, Youth Account Promotion, 501 S. Pine Ridge Ave., Merrill, WI 54452. Entries must be postmarked by 04/30/2025. Limit one (1) alternative entry per person.
  • Prize: One (1) Amazon Fire HD 10 – 32GB Tablet – 13th Generation (approximate retail value: $139.99). No substitution or transfer of prize except as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
  • Odds of winning vary based on the number of eligible entries received.
  • Winner selection/notification: On or about 05/07/2026, Sponsor will randomly draw one (1) winner from all eligible entries received during the entry period and notify the winner using the email address and/or phone number provided on the entry form. The winner may be announced on Park City Credit Union social media after eligibility is confirmed and the prize is claimed/picked up.
  • Winners must respond within 5 business days of notification to claim their prize. If a response is not received within that time period, a new winner will be drawn.
  • All winners must be able to arrange pick up of their prize at a Park City Credit Union Branch.
  • Privacy: We’ll use the information you provide to administer this sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and coordinate prize pickup. We do not sell your personal information.
