Manage Your Cards from your Park City Mobile App
Once you have the mobile app installed on your smart phone you can temporarily lock your cards, report stolen cards, and set up alerts.
- On your home screen, choose Card Controls
- The cards you have available will show on the main screen
- Individually go through each card and set alerts, temporarily lock, or report lost or stolen
If you don’t have the app yet, it’s important that you call right now!

That’s why you can call and talk to a real person 24/7 to find out issues with your card such as if it was declined or did not work, verify activity, or remove a block. If you need card assistance you can call at any time to speak to a representative.
