There are a lot of ways that you can use your phone to get the most out of your PCCU membership. Read on to learn about our Text Banking and informational services!

Text Banking

You can receive banking information and alerts by signing up for our Text Banking service!

  • Once enrolled, just send a text message command to IM247 (46247) to receive balance updates on your savings and checking accounts.
  • Enroll in eAlerts to receive notices regarding account balances, electronic deposits, withdrawals, or payment due dates.

You can enroll in Text Banking by hovering over the ‘Go Mobile’ button on the It’sMe247 toolbar. Then click Text Banking to access the enrollment screens.

After enrollment, text commands to IM247 (46247). Your mobile phone carrier may charge you standard text messaging fees

You can text commands to IM246 (46247) to get specific responses. Below are a list of examples.
 
{#} A predefined 3-digit account suffix.
  • BAL Balance for up to three savings or checking accounts.
  • BAL {#} Balance for a specific account, where {#} is the 3-digit account suffix.
  • STOP Turns off all text banking.
  • HELP The customer service number. Be sure to leave a space between commands

You can create alerts similar to your standard eAlerts.

  • Account Balance
  • Notification of an ACH Deposit or Withdrawal
  • Notification That a Loan Payment is Due
  • eNotice Notification

To protect yourself from texting fraud, please keep the following points in mind.

  • Any links in our text messages will be from https://www.parkcitycu.org/ or https://eltropy.com/. Eltropy is the texting service we use to communicate with you.
  • We recommend saving the phone number we are messaging from (715-536-8351opens phone dialer) as a contact in your phone.
  • Delete unwanted text messages that ask you to enter any sort of code, or confirm or provide any personal information.
  • Contact us immediately via phone call if you receive a text message that doesn’t feel legitimate.
