Coronavirus Update

Effective February 8, 2021 our lobbies have reopened:

We are asking members who have standard teller transactions to continue to use one of our drive-ups or online resources to allow for adequate social distancing within our lobbies. Our lobbies will be open with shortened hours should you need to come in. We ask that you limit the number of family members you bring in with you. The safety of our members and staff are extremely important to us which is why we have developed strategies based on the guidance from the CDC and WHO to keep our lobbies and workstations disinfected.

Our drive-ups and call center are here to serve as we have been Monday-Saturday.

Dave’s County Market Branch will be open temporarily starting on Thursday, February 18, 2021. Hours will be Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5 PM and Saturday 9 AM – 1 PM. 

The Merrill West Drive-Thru at 300 E. Second St. remains temporarily open, but will be closing at 3 PM on Wednesday, February 17, 2021. Hours are Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, and Saturday 9 AM – 1 PM.

Park City Investment Center

The Park City Investment Center’s goal is to help you feel confident and more connected with your money – even when the unexpected happens. The Investment Center is observing all social distancing rules in its appointments and offices are being disinfected after each appointment. Plus, phone appointments are available, as well.

Need help with loan payments?

We’re here for you. During this unprecedented time, we understand that many of you are impacted in ways you may have not anticipated.  For current members who are struggling to make payments, we are offering payment deferral options. We also offer free financial counseling through our partnership with GreenPath Financial Wellness. This free service can help with budgeting, housing, student loan debt, credit report coaching, debt management, and how to avoid bankruptcy, foreclosure and repossession.

Own a business? 

We are pleased to announce that we have been approved as an SBA Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) lender. We are doing our part to support small businesses during this pandemic. We have created a PPP Resource Center that will help answer questions, a link to the SBA website, and application instructions. We recommend that you read through the page and required documentation prior to submitting your application.

Have cash-flow challenges?

For qualified individuals that are experiencing cash-flow challenges, reach out to us to discuss low-rate, Relief Loan options.

Need to access funds unexpectedly?

We understand that almost overnight your expenses may have increased or income may have decreased. We are temporarily removing the early withdrawal penalties on our Christmas Club and Savers Sweepstakes accounts. To access funds you can contact our Call Center and ask them to transfer for you or visit any of our drive-thru locations to make a withdrawal.

Update as of December 30, 2020  – Stimulus Checks

The US Treasury Department has said that stimulus payments will begin arriving in the coming days. If you can see a pending deposit for your stimulus check in your mobile app or online banking, you can get access to the funds right away by taking advantage of Early Deposit, you can click on the “Post Now” button, and for a small fee have immediate access to the money. We unfortunately cannot see your deposit until it is pending in your online banking, so we will have no further updates on when you may receive it. We encourage you to watch your online banking for pending deposit updates, but please note these are only updated once a day.

If you don’t have immediate plans for your stimulus money, consider shopping at one of our great locally owned businesses or donating to your favorite local non-profit.

Also, as a reminder the IRS or Government will NOT be requesting any personal information via phone, text, or email. Please do not respond to any correspondence claiming to be from them wanting to “confirm your account information” for your payments.
