Dear Valued Members,

We continue to monitor the developments of COVID-19, also known as coronavirus. In these times of uncertainty, awareness and education are so incredibly important. We rely on the guidance from the U.S. Center for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization to help us make informed decisions that will allow us to continue to serve you as well as to ensure the safety of our employees.

Based on this guidance, all drive-thru locations will remain open, however, effective Wednesday, March 18, 2020 all branch lobby locations will be closed until further notice.

We are committed to serving you during this challenging time and I thank you for the trust you place in us. We have implemented a policy of $2,000 maximum cash withdrawal per day. Your money is safe at Park City Credit Union, and your funds are federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).  We do no believe it is in our best interest to be keeping excess cash in unsecure locations. We have invested in many electronic and digital service solutions to ensure that you can continue remote access to your account and funds and to open new loans and deposit accounts. We are ready to continue to serve you. 

Don’t worry if you have never used these services before, our team is here to walk you through this and to help you prepare.  Please contact our Call Center at (715) 536-8351 from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. M-F and from 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Saturday or stop by our drive-thru for assistance!

Need help with loan payments?  We’re here for you. During this unprecedented time, we understand that many of you are impacted in ways you may have not anticipated.  For current members who are struggling to make payments, we are offering payment deferral options. We also offer free financial counseling through our partnership with GreenPath Financial Wellness. This free service can help with budgeting, housing, student loan debt, credit report coaching, debt management, and how to avoid bankruptcy, foreclosure and repossession.

Have cash-flow challenges? For qualified individuals that are experiencing cash-flow challenges, reach out to us to discuss low-rate, Relief Loan options.

Need to access funds unexpectedly? We understand that almost overnight your expenses may have increased or income may have decreased. We are temporarily removing the early withdrawal penalties on our Christmas Club and Savers Sweepstakes accounts. To access funds you can contact our Call Center and ask them to transfer for you or visit any of our drive-thru locations to make a withdrawal.
