Lobbies will REOPEN fully on Monday, June 15, 2020:
We will be fully reopening ALL lobbies – with the exception of Dave’s County Market – on Monday, June 15 at 9AM. Our Dave’s County Market Branch will reopen July 7 at 9AM.
We are asking members who have standard teller transactions to continue to use one of our drive-ups or online resources to allow for adequate social distancing within our lobbies. Our lobbies will be open should you need to come in. We ask that you limit the number of family members you bring in with you. In addition, we are asking all members to continue to make appointments for complex member transactions.

We are pleased to announce that we have been approved as SBA Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) lender. We are doing our part to support small businesses during this pandemic. We have created a PPP Resource Center that will help answer questions, a link to the SBA website, and some application instructions. We continue to monitor the developments of COVID-19, also known as coronavirus. In these times of uncertainty, awareness and education are so incredibly important. We rely on the guidance from the U.S. Center for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization to help us make informed decisions that will allow us to continue to serve you as well as to ensure the safety of our employees.
Based on this guidance, all drive-thru locations will remain open, however, effective Wednesday, March 18, 2020 all branch lobby locations will be closed until further notice.
We are committed to serving you during this challenging time and I thank you for the trust you place in us. We have implemented a policy of $2,000 maximum cash withdrawal per day. Your money is safe at Park City Credit Union, and your funds are federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). We do no believe it is in our best interest to be keeping excess cash in unsecure locations. We have invested in many electronic and digital service solutions to ensure that you can continue remote access to your account and funds and to open new loans and deposit accounts. We are ready to continue to serve you.

Need to access funds unexpectedly? We understand that almost overnight your expenses may have increased or income may have decreased. We are temporarily removing the early withdrawal penalties on our Christmas Club and Savers Sweepstakes accounts. To access funds you can contact our Call Center and ask them to transfer for you or visit any of our drive-thru locations to make a withdrawal.
